What's in a Dream Sheet...

Ryan has been in training to be a pilot in the Air Force for the past year.

On Friday, October 12th we will have our next assignment where Ryan will learn what plane he will be flying and where my next homemaker project will be!

This is an extremely exciting time for us because Ryan has been working for the past 6 years to get to this point in his career, and I am here doing what I do best... Being a supportive, dedicated, and, not mention, hot wife. ;) 

This one is for those of you who are curious about how our next assignemnt is determined...

But now that training is almost complete, Ryan is going to be recieving his next assignment. This assignment could send us all over the world.

Our assignment is based on many different factors such as Ryan's skills and class standing. We do get to put in our preferences for which plane he wants to fly, and which base we want to plant our roots. This week we recieved what is called the drop list. This is a list of available planes and bases that we get to put in order of preference from 1-23. There are 40 other students (students from all 3 bases) who choose from this list as well. 

 This preference list is called a dream sheet.

The dream sheet is turned into his superiors and his superiors will determine where Ryan fits best and what plane will suit him well.  

So this is what our dream sheet looked like!

And now he has the option of flying any of these planes!

I can't believe we find out in 10 days where our next base will be! I will be sure to update when we find out!
